Avast keeps blocking a Trojan called upebxapis.dll on my computer but I am not able to remove it completely. Each time I tried to remove it, it said it is in C:\windows\system32\services.exe. And it keeps coming back. How do I get rid of upebxapis.dll virus completely without coming back?
